This will be our 2nd time coming to pick our own apples and making our own apple cider. It has been a great experience to share with my family, from picking our own apples to shredding them and then pressing them to make our own cider. For the cider, you are given a bucket to fill with the apples that have fallen from the trees. Half a bucket full of apples is equivalent to half a gallon of cider once pressed, and a full bucket is a full gallon of cider.
