3 years ago I found Neena’s services on Groupon and since the reviews on google were so great I decided to get my eyebrows permanently bladed. After making a $100 deposit I got to find out her studio/workspace was in her house. While filling the paperwork out Neena put the numbing cream on my eyebrows to speed the process. I had micro shading done several times before ( different state) and always loved the outcome and natural look but since it last only a year or two I decided to permanent. When Neena stared micro blading I was in an excruciating pain so therefore, she suggested if I want to go with a thinner blade, which apparently makes it hurt less I have to pay extra hundred dollars, which I agreed with. I naturally have very nice shaped eyebrows. I just need them to be shaded so they look fuller in the bald spots. Besides that she cut me right under my eyebrow, which took two weeks to heal, my nose was extremely swollen from the excruciating pain since the numbing cream did absolutely nothing for me, My eyebrows looked horrible darker than I wanted, Very unnatural and boxy, almost like she took a marker and made it straight line. I have been hating my eyebrows for the last three years every time I look in the mirror I Regret I chose this establishment. I have been looking to remove the Tattoos, but I was told it will burn off all my natural eyebrows. I know a lot of people have great reviews on here and I’m pretty sure they’re happy with their eyebrows, which is great for them. This was my experience therefore, my review. Ladies let me start saying im not one to ever write reviews for anything good or bad. But with this experience i've decided i will not be selfish and would like to share my thoughts and outcome at Strokes of Genius. After carefully doing my research i decided to get my procedure done at Neena's place. Today i when in for the eyebrow microblading i got the whole package done with the the uv light for faster healing and micro nano blade. Ill b honest i was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect but as soon as i walked in the door and met Neena she made me feel at home and she was so professional and everything in the salon was so on point that all my worries went out the door. When she began the process i put my earphones on and told her do your thing i didnt feel much pain at all with the nano blade since is so tiny all i felt was a bit of scrapes and like a scratching sensation. When she was done that i saw my new eyebrows in that mirror i honestly wanted to cry happy tears. I couldn't believe my eyes i was in love with my new eyebrows. I was so glad that i chose her cause i dont think anyone else could of done such an amazing job and exactly what i asked for, the NATURAL LOOK. I will forever b greatful thank u Neena ur the best.
