Sundara Event Center — Attraction in Contiguous United States

My experience at this event center was very low class as the quinceanera and her Court were waiting outside of the Event Center and no one's ignify them a welcoming into the building I got there after backed up traffic from a car accident to find the children still standing outside in the sun and when I offered some constructive criticism as to signage indicating where the entrances during non-event hours are you in just common courtesy of asking the children if they'd like to come in I was responded with some very defensive tone that the whole world knows where the entrances I guess I don't form part of that world knowledge of the out-of-towners that were there she continued to state that the quinceañera (a minor might I add] knew. So I directed myself to the father and asked if he knew that the entrance was on the unmarked door being that he was the adult and that he was the one paying he was unaware. Sadly the owners were so on the defensive they would not contemplate the kind constructive criticism. Had my sister’s wedding here and the owner was nice at first but then her demeanor changed. There was a lot of miscommunications from the owner and a lot of important information that was shared just a month before the wedding. Instead of correcting or apologizing for the miscommunications, she argued with my family and the bride A DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING and just kept saying “well that’s not what I meant, I meant this”. She told my sister she’s never dealt with someone like her all because we wanted to know certain details because it’s HER WEDDING which is so disrespectful to say to someone who is paying for a service from you. She is very unprofessional and instead of listening to us she argued with us in defense.. There is so much that I could go on about that we experienced negatively. Don’t ever have...

We went earlier this month for an event. Everything was decorated beautifully, but while people were dancing, some people were tripping from the tile that was installed, some of the girls were falling because their heels were getting stuck. I think that should be fixed so no one gets hurt.

Also, I think that at the end of the event, there should be more time for the Band and Dj to pack up, instead they were rushed to get all there equipment out of there. Maybe Sundara and make some...
