This place is pretty neat. Even for kids. Grass for dogs if you take them. There's mounds / hills of dirt to ride on. We took our daughters little four wheeler and she had a blast riding on those. Lots of goat heads and stickers but overall a great place to ride with bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, etc... The teenagers and older kids that were there were very considerate of the littles riding around. There's also a big bowl for older peoples and teens. I would say that part is not safe for littles because they cannot get in and out on their own and it's around a 12ft drop...
Read moreRating this as someone who knows very little about skateparks. We brought our 7 and 5 year old here to try out their scooters and skateboards on a Wednesday morning. Only two other people there. They were really respectful of having two little kids there. We stayed for about 45 minutes. No water fountain or bathroom and the surrounding area is a bit sketchy which is why we did the three stars. The park itself seemed to be in fairly good shape and had places where our young kids...
Read moreI'm biased because I live in this neighborhood, but I love this skatepark as both a place for kids to play and a place to skate. Despite the occasional remnants of a hobo fire and the sprinklers that flood the place in the early morning, it is well taken care of and has an impressive amount of obstacles. I've been learning how to skate here and I couldn't be more proud of the neighborhood kids for helping an old lady learn...
