Third Eye Comics — Attraction in Short Pump

I found this place on via Instagram a few weeks ago. This place is great. Awesome layout. Doesn't feel cramped and crowded and overwhelming like some comic stores. The have a great selection. Managing your pull box is super simple with their website. They have a points program.

Specifically, Apollo has helped me a number of times. She's been extremely helpful and friendly. She has on several occasions offered to reach out to other stores to order me comics that are out of stock. She really goes above and beyond. Especially for someone who hasn't really been into comics for quite a while and who was nervous about getting back into this space. I was afraid I would feel like a fish out of water as some shops feel like they can be a bit gate-keepy. But Apollo and the entire staff have been really wonderful and it's been great getting back into the comics and manga space after not really buying physical comics since childhood.

A new comic store which opened last November. I’ve been here twice, and each time was a great experience. It’s a small store yet it’s packed with comics, graphic novels, manga, collectibles, skate boards, a couple gacha machines and more.

Most of the comics and graphic novels are unwrapped— which makes it easier to look through them. And the employees are friendly and helpful. They can help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve had some nice chats with them.

The location is conveniently located across Short Pump mall in Broad Street. First time came once when the employee was on lunch break so we had a to wait a bit, but it was worth the wait. A wonderful comic store worth...

This Third Eye Comics location is a new but very special spot and has quickly became a weekly staple for me every Gwensday! I'm a box holder elsewhere and have been long term but that doesn't stop me from stopping in here every single week! Twice this week! Awesome prices, awesome selections of new books each week and more than that, incredible people!

Tyler has grown on me quick and has extensive comic knowledge and knows his craft but more importantly, he genuinely cares and you can't always say that, especially about the bigger shops but he is special and this place is special and I highly recommend it to anyone who's able to drop by!
