I Went Saturday with my daughter in law who always order curbside. First, we had to wait in the drive thru line to get to pick up curbside. Food brought out kinda timely. Young lady left n we checking order. First thing ordered spicy chicken salad. No salad, no one in sight. So we wanted another order of nuggets. So we re ordered n said we will let them know when new order came. Meantime see worker, say excuse me n informed him we are missing a salad. He ask for receipt, looked at receipt n state starting looking the car. Which new n clean. I asked what are you looking for the salad. Now we have ordered over 50 bucks worth of food and I never! He said ABSOLUTELY!! PEOPLE DO THIS TO US ALL THE TIME! Well, his attitude n tone were very disrespectful n condescending. I told him don't get smart. He also said he didn't want to make extra trip n he could go home. He kept being very combative n argumentative. I went to drive thru where he than told me I couldn't be n the manager Chris came n I explained some. I went back to my car and waited. Chris brought the order out without an apology. I didn't eat the salad Saturday. Sunday, I go an inspect my salad. It was alot of chicken more than normal. I found a long string of hair in the bottom of my salad. Read moreI am not from this area, and mobile ordered while at Short Pump Town Center. After sitting with my toddlers and waiting on their kids meals, I asked the manager if they had received a mobile order. She explained kindly I may have made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location.
I called the location Short Pump Crossing on 2/26/2024 at 11:05am about my 10:49am mobile order, and spoke with manager Jake who was extremely rude! He belittled me for not being more careful and was being mean over my mistake and stated how we inconvenienced his team.
I apologized over and and over, and asked for a refund because it was not on purpose and a genuine mistake because the names in the app are quite similar and I’m not from the area- Jake refused to return the points I redeemed for a kids meal, and refused to issue a refund. I contacted support, and they issued a free ice cream.
