I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the escape room today, and a huge part of that was thanks to our game master, Olivia. From the moment we arrived, she created a welcoming atmosphere with her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm.

Olivia's briefing was clear and thorough, making sure we understood all the rules without spoiling any of the surprises. What really stood out was her perfect balance of assistance - she was attentive and ready with hints when we needed them, but never overstepped or solved puzzles for us. Her timing with clues was impeccable, always stepping in right when we were getting too frustrated but still giving us the satisfaction of solving things ourselves.

Her sense of humor made the entire experience more enjoyable. She had us laughing even during the most challenging moments, which helped keep my team's spirits high throughout the game. The way she delivered hints was clever and often came with a playful comment that made us smile while nudging us in the right direction.

After we completed the room, Olivia took time to answer all our questions about the puzzles and even shared some interesting stories about the room's design. Her passion for escape rooms was evident, and it made the whole experience that much more special.

Coming from a group of friends obsessed with escaping— myself, my fiancé, and friends of ours have done a lot of escape rooms together and have always escaped, but we got out of Mad Hatter with a very short amount of time to spare! This room is challenging in all of the best ways. Expect many puzzles and an extremely well-built room- we’ve never been in such a detailed and extravagant room before and we’ve completed escape rooms in TX, WA, and ID. We came for the Dr Fear room on 10/25 at 7:30pm with a group of 8th grade boys. My experience was much different than last year when we came. It really goes to show how much of a difference the game attendant/employee makes. We arrived at 7:15 and sat in the lobby until right around 7:25/30 when someone came out and told the kids to go in the safety video room. 5 minutes later they had started the room. It was everyone’s first time -except one- and I was hoping there would have been more introduction, excitement, answering questions, etc- it felt rushed. The kids had fun even though they didn’t “escape” the room in time, but I think it would have been really helpful to have more of an introduction for them and basic explanation of how it worked.
