Ordered and waited on the drive thru line for about 7 minutes. Was asked to pull forward and waited another 12 minutes. Detail, every car after me (4 in total) and one before me were all asked to pull forward and wait. Is there anyone working in this place? The restaurant area inside has maybe 5 customers.
Update: I had to walk into the restaurant to check on my order. As I walked in, an employee was walking out with my order. I took it and walked to my car. I checked the the bag and noticed I was missing the cheeseburger and the fries. I walked back in and told one of the workers that my order was incomplete. They checked my receipt and the bag and proceeded to try and figure out what happened. I waited another 5 minutes and the burger and fries were delivered to me. When I arrived home, I opened the chicken strips box and noticed that they gave me the wrong sauce (buffalo sauce instead of ranch on both baskets) and also the wrong chicken strips (both were supposed to be plain). I've never seen it happen at 3:30pm and the number of cars behind us that got their order and left numbered no fewer than six. But that's not my biggest complaint...
... my biggest complaint is that if I wait this long for a custom order (1 combo as is, 1 combo with ingredients taken off the burger), the order ought to be correct. It wasn't. Both combos were identical even though the ticket was marked correctly on our receipt.
I wanted to call and share my experience with the manager, but the phone rings 6 times and goes to voice mail. I tried three times over the course of the next half hour. They just don't answer. Judging from the other reviews, it seems like that's common with them.

They never pick up their phone (probably because they have so many people calling in to complain) the food is never really that good, and they are all just down right terrible people. Who ever runs this place needs to be fired, because it's like they're training all of their employees to be complete assholes. Six months ago or so, I went through there drive thru and they forgot half of my food, so I went back immediately and they had there automated machine tell me that they were closed, even though it was only 10:25 and they weren't suppose to be closed until 11:00, so I pulled up to the window, and the little 16 year old girl they had working there at time, crossed her arms, glared at me, then proceeded to lock the window and walk away.
