Had a great experience at Tripp and Company Jewelers. Went in looking for a five stone diamond band for my 50th birthday. Looked at several GORGEOUS rings...great selection, but specifically wanted the ring in 14kt, and white gold, within my budget. First time I went in this store, I was greeted by Janet, a long time employee. She was extremely personable, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was quoted prices, took pictures of rings and left. I researched online retailers and other jewelers. I visited other local jewelry stores...they also had beautiful rings, but after researching, I felt that Tripp’s offered quality rings at the best value. What sealed the deal for me was the customer service. Tripp, the owner, took so much time educating me and my husband on different diamonds, different styles...he shared how he priced, and why. I felt comfortable questioning him on why certain rings were priced more/less than others. He was never “offended” by my questions. Never hesitated in giving me honest answers. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process of shopping for my ring. I did not see the exact ring I wanted, so Tripp called his supplier and had the ring for me in 6 days and miraculously it was my exact size. If I could give 10 stars I would.
