This Outlet Mall is great, but if I'm going to be honest, the UGG's store was the worst shopping experience I've ever had! I sincerely dislike this store, and I don't ever want to spend $$ with them again. The staff made my experience bad. I walked in with money to spend, and I was ignored by everyone who worked there. As I stood in this store waiting to be helped, I watched as the employees greeted and helped everyone but me. I watched them go out of their way to help customers who didn't buy ANYTHING!! Once the store emptied out and I was the only person in there at the time, that's when someone finally came to assist me!?? I'll never spend another cent in the P.O.S. establishment!!! So many awesome stores! I love outlet malls that have outside walkways. It wasn't very busy, but I'm sure it would be at different times of the day. I was there around 10:30am and shopped around. Was disappointed that the food court restaurants were not all opened up at 11:30am. So, I didn't get any lunch there, and continued shopping. Our visit to the outlet mall was exclusively to visit the Le Creuset shop so that I could see a certain color in person before making purchases. I liked the color Cerise and loved the service of the young associate that enthusiastically answered questions and showed me items I had viewed online.
