Tory Burch Outlet — Local services in Cumming

I have bought shoes end of December from Dawsoville outlet mall. I did not get a chance to wear them for few weeks . When I wore them it was awful and both my joint got red badly. I wore them for an hour inside only and hurts my feet till I want to cry . I called them and explained to them and they said we can exchange for you. When I went there the manager did not accept it and she said thats what you will expect from dressy shoes and did not exchange it for me because I wore them.... If not how I would find out that they are not comfortable shoes. We pay so much money and the shoes are not good. It looks like My skin got allergic with materials ... got so red. I am not happy with their customers service as we pay so much money. The manager was thinking about her sails and did not care about a bas experience that I got. I do not recommend them at all. GREAT outlet experience! Friendly sales team (very knowledgeable about prices, promotions etc). Good discounted prices as well as customer eligibility for MORE DISCOUNTS at the register. Returning customer discount, Military discount, Corporate discount/s etc.

I always find something cute and one of a kind in their store (I now have a small mustard colored barrel race car key chain that my Co workers know are my new "car keys"). I've recently purchased a dark English green zip tote and a crossbody clutch sized purse/wallet in navy and beige stripes to compliment it. Love BOTH of them and the ease of using one or the other or both is glorious.

Would give 0 Star if there’s the option. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in any place and this store is totally a humiliation to the mighty Tory Burch brand. People work here have big problem with Asian customers. Personally I’ve been yelled at rudely for facing time with my Mom when I was trying to buy a handbag for her, meanwhile another white lady was taking a picture of the whole store but nobody seemed care at all. Avoid this place by all means. I’ve been to Multiple TB store, both retail and Outlet, across the country from NYC to Orlando, and never have I been treated this way. Shame on these people.
