LETS START AT 8/5 WHEN I WENT TO THIS LOCATION AS I DO EVERY MONTH FOR 2YRS TO DROP MY MAIL IN MY RENTAL MANAGER PO BOX (MAIL THAT HAD MY RENT IN IT ) I ASK THE LITTLE GIRL ROCHELLE TO PLEASE PUT IT IN THE PO BOX ... DAYS WENT BY , A WEEK WENT BY , 2 WEEKS WENT BY. MY RENTAL MANAGER STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY RENT. MIND YOU THE LADY WAS SUPPOSE TO PUT IT IN THE PO BOX (AT THIS LOCATION ) I WENT UP TO THIS POST OFFICE NUMEROUS OF TIMES ASKING FOR ANWSERS , HOW CAN MY MAIL JUST DISAPPER ? EVEN IF IT WAS SENT OUT IT WAS BEEN SUPPOSE TO CIRCLE BACK AROUND . I CALLED AND TALK TO THE SUPERVIORS LIA I BELIEVE AND VERY NASTY! AND THE CLERK WITH THE SISTER LOCS TOLD ME " 1ST OF ALL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO " . FINALLY I JUST CALLED THE COPS BECAUSE I WASNT GETTING ANY HELP AND BEING BRUSH OFF AND BY THIS TIME MY RENTAL MANAGER HAS REQ FOR A NEW PAYMENT ON TOP OF A LATE FEE ! ANY WHO COPS CAME AND THEY WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME THE INSPECTOR POST OFFICE NUMBER THE CLERK GAVE THEM, WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN GIVEN TO ME IN THE BEGINNING ! I CALLED & I HAVE A CASE NUMBER AND THEY HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FIND WHERE THE FREAK MY RENT DISAPEAR TOO . THE NEXT DAY OF GETTING A CASE NUMBER 8/18 THE MANAGER LIA ( I THINK THATS HER NAME ) CALLED ME AND HARRASSING ME ON "WHY I CALLED THE COPS , WHY DID I START A CASE , ITS PROB LOST NOT STOLEN .. CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW INSENSITIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL ,AND OBLIVIOUS THIS LADY HAS TO BE ! I TOLD HER I HAVE A CASE NOW IM NOT GOING BACK IN FORTH WITH YOU , INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET DOWN TO THE BOTTOM SHE WANT TO HARRASS AND QUESTION ME ABOUT WHY I TOOK THE NEXT STEP TO GET SOME HELP ! CAN YOU IMAGINE PAYING YOUR RENT ONTIME , POST OFFICE LOOSING OR STEALING UR MAIL AND RENTAL MANAGER REQUESTING FOR A WHOLE NEW PAYMENT KNOWING YOU DONT HAVE IT . I BEEN NICE WAY TO LONG WITH THIS POST OFFICE , ALL THE TIMES I BEEN HERE I HAVE NEVER EVER RECIEVED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS INCIDENT PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE . THOSE LADIES HATE THEIR JOBS AND LIFE OBVIOUSLY BEACUSE THEIR ATTITUDES IS SOMETHING I NEVER SEEN BEFORE . Read moreI have got a worst experience with them just few days and upto now it's not yet solved. Actually I got a mail form USICS on Jan 9th to my old address it's Catonsville . Then I call the usps Catonsville that I recently moved to Chicago can you please forward the mail to my new address . They told me that they will check in the postbox if it's still in box they will forward it to my new address . Then after 2 or 3 business I call them I ask whether it is in box are not they told me that it's still box we will forwarded it to your new address which is Chicago. Then I didn't yet call them for one week because they told me already it's forwarded to my new address . Then I call the uscis and I have taken tracking number from them and I have check it . It shows me clearly It's still in postbox . But if I call them usps Catonsville and ask them they are simply telling we forwarded the mail without scanning it . It will take time to deliver you have to wait they told . Ok then I waited more then one week . In the mean time I call usps customer services regarding the mail they told me we need 2 or 3 business days to track the location or where your package is and they open a search case on package . But they didn't yet call me and didn't yet inform me anything upto now . If I call usps customers services they are opening the case and telling they need time . If I ask usps Catonsville simply we forwarded your package that's it we don't known where it is . They are telling there duty is only to delivered the mail not to forward the mail from delivered box to new address . Here clearly I am understanding that they lost the mail and playing with me . How careless they are with the mails and it's very important mail from USCIS , if you want to extract information they given me customer affairs number . It's also Same she not yet responding simply they are shouting or ignoring the calls . This is not suppose to work in postal department . It's very important mail to me from USICS ,it's my EAD card . Atleast they have fell a response I informed them first only it's important mail from USCIS I can't work in USA without that . Again they are telling me mail was mailed you before 30days so please contact the sender and reapply for the card or mail. How simply they are telling if I suppose to reapply the card I have to pay them again $380 and I suppose to wait 90 to 120 days for approval of new card . What I have to do now . Read moreI can't retrieve my held mail, which was supposed to be delivered to this P.O. after the hold had expired. Dealing with the desk agent was impossible, as is par for the course at this place. She told me my mail wasn't there in a tone that suggested I was stupid to even expect it to be. (Why am I always treated like an imbecile by merits of simply walking through the door?) She told me something to the effect that only people with post office boxes got their mail there (even though the USPS provides the option of picking up held mail at that location, and I opted for this arrangement). She was not interested in seeing my email from the USPS, which included a confirmation number that could be used to investigate missing mail. She just gave me a number to call the Geipe Road mail warehouse, which I called repeatedly. Never got an answer. I had to go back and stand in line again. I got the same agent. I expressed my anxiety over not having my mail (bills and such) and asked again for help. Her response was that the the warehouse people were 'busy' and I just needed to keep calling that number, try first thing in the morning. She further deflected responsibility by telling me how to better handle bill payments when I was away, like I was to blame somehow for needing my mail. The USPS national service center intervened, and now at least a Catonsville post office supervisor has been trying to find where my mail is. It seems she is trying to be helpful, but I am still confused. She is making a vague reference to another post office where customers are to pick up their mail, but none of this information was ever disclosed, and I don't know where this mystery place is. The USPS had confirmed, when I called them, that the mail was supposed to be available for me to pick up at the Frederick Road location. The supervisor mentioned getting the mail carrier's help, but there will be no mail delivery until three days from now. Two days have already passed since my mail hold expired, and the mail is...
