Go to their website and take the time to read and understand what exactly to bring before you go. Understand if you choose not to, it's nobody's fault but your own when you are refused service for failure to follow simple directions and the documents you brought won't work. Understand that losing your temper in here can lead to you leaving the building in handcuffs because these professionals CANNOT and WILL NOT break the law for you. Don't make poor decisions in this place because it can go on your permanent record. They need appropriate paperwork to render services to you. Rendering services without proper documentation is against the law.

Meeting the above requirements will get you a streamlined experience. Understand that these professionals are extremely busy and you will need plenty of time here. Plan accordingly. Give yourself several hours.

I do not recommend bringing children here. Not because of anything negative the DMV is doing, but people can get very heated in here and it's not a good idea to expose kids to that.

Wife & I are new to the state and coming from a large metropolitan area, it was a nice change of pace entering an almost empty DMV. We registered on line prior to showing up, and with the required forms of ID, scanned the QR code at the entry door and waited a few minutes for a few customers already at the counter. Ms Shifflett helped us; going above our expectations by finding a solution to my wife’s situation that may have otherwise prevented her from getting her license issued. Ms Shifflett could’ve easily dismissed us for not having originals of one of the forms of IDs., instead she took the time to offer assistance in contacting the right agencies to get the necessary info - and all while being pleasant and not making us feel like we were a nuisance. We’re grateful that our experience was positive and that future customers will have the same. Otherwise, simply book an appointment with Ms....

Literally the worst DMV ever, I went there a year ago and until this day it still hunts me, the employee that assistant me that day (the front desk) clearly has a trouble understanding people, I asked for a license renewal and she made me took the whole exams even I told her 5 times I don’t need it I’m just here to renew my license , afterwards she was like: “ why did you take the exam you already have a license?” And made it sounds like my fault, this is just absolutely foul and unprofessional, I would give 0 star if I can, it seems like they do not care about their reviews anyway because everyone know that their service is sh1t and they never improved.
