Century bedroom furniture was promised within a 4-5 month window. At 4 1/2 months, I contacted my salesperson for a status report. She said the furniture was due to ship in about another month. At nearly one full month after the furniture was promised (now nearly 6 months after I purchased it), Woodbridge attempted to deliver defective furniture, which I denied. I didn't hear a thing from anyone (neither Century nor Woodbridge) for nearly a week after attempted delivery, so I called my salesperson for another update. She said she would call me either that afternoon or the next day. I never heard from her. I called her two days later for a refund as I was tired of the run-around and not getting any info from either Woodbridge or Century. She blamed it on Century not getting back to her. I received a voicemail from Woodbridge the next day that said I would receive an update the following day and at the latest 2 days later. THREE days later, Woodbridge calls me and tells me Century wants a third party to repair the furniture. I refused. Not only did I not pay for third party furniture, but now we're talking even longer to get my furniture delivered. And a third party opens up a can of worms. Read morePurchased 2 Natuzzi leather loveseats. 1 motorized. Had problems from the beginning on one side. Never was fixed properly. Had someone come out that was NOT a Natuzzi rep. Thomasville has no record of the man that was in my home! I contacted them when the problem was still ongoing and was told by Thomasville “ we get a lot of turnover at the call center and he probably wasn’t a rep”
The last person to come out said “ the mechanism is the complete opposite of what the correct side is, this does happen”
When I mentioned it to Thomasville ... “ you can purchase a mechanism”
I left messages with Thomasville and no returns. I was sold a 5 year extended warranty that covers this that I told them about.
I was also told Natuzzi has a 1 year warranty.
It’s actually a 2 year warranty.
I was told to “ take it up with Gaurdsman”
Irene had sold us the added warranty.
So we need to do the leg work while Thomasville Headquarters drug their feet all along.
How can they not have a record of the man they sent out to my home?
Would not purchase from them.

They did. Reporting part to be ordered. Called on January 31. Still waiting. Called in February. Called March 13th. They'll notify the valley office. Valley office Called received the part but did not call me. March 14th Laura will again call to their center. Phoenix said I would be hearing from another company to install. Haven't heard from them! I've had this sofa for less than a month. No refund no replacement anything except they are sorry about the Natuzzi. Everything was fine when I purchased but watch out with a lemon. So all these months have gone by with a major problem with the mechanism. Horrible way to keep passing the ball. I'm stuck with this expensive piece of garbage they keep putting off.
