Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Four Corners States

For one they have a VERY RUDE ARAB GUY answering the phone, secondly, my ENTIRE order was wrong!! I ordered a large stuffed crust half cheese half pepperoni extra cheese extra sauce and that pizza was as dry as the Arizona desert plus it had all pepperoni on it not just half of it. The medium bacon pizza that I ordered was also as dry as the Arizona desert and only had about eight little pieces of bacon on it!! Pizza Hut stopped caring. This is our last time ordering from there!! This ISN'T the only pizza hut to screw up our order!! Every pizza hut should just be permanently closed!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Also, what I should have mentioned is that this pizza (the remakes) were extra greasy, every pizza is greasy but this pizza from Pizza Hut had puddles of oil just sitting on top of the cheese and you bite into it and you get a mouthful of oil along with the bite of pizza.🤮 Bring back the Pizza Hut of the 80's!! As I mentioned the manager did remake them but my point is, is that they should have been made correctly the first time when I first ordered them and my kids should not have had to wait to eat especially after the hectic,busy day we had. Wish we could tip after because this was definitively not service worthy of a $10 tip and I would not have gone through with that tip if I saw the food beforehand. The toppings are pathetic and the cuts on the pepperoni look like a Chuck E. Cheese pizza as it was meant to be cut into 6 slices but they clearly cut it into 8 slices at first before realizing they messed up. Leading to two giant slices twice the size of the other 4. Nobody showed up at curbside when I said I was there in the app, so I called and was ignored for another 5 minutes. When I went inside I was greeted right away but she was rude and dismissive. Not even acknowledging what I said about trying to contact them from the parking lot. Just ignoring me after getting my name to open the cash register and pocket the tip. She seemed like the only one working and best case she’s new and shouldn’t have been left alone. But I’m not that optimistic. This was a $45 order before tip. The last order that we got was not at all the way how we wanted it & whoever that prepared that pizza added "ONION" on it which we nevver ordered & nothing as we ordered as light cheese extra pepperoni &^ extra bacon & hut favorite crust extra but none was followed, rather only a few pepperoni slices & very little bacon & too much cheese on it & made very raw not properly baked meaning half done & very shabby presentation as well, This must be very strictly looked into. We felt so sad embarrassing for the way how our most dear loved pizza hut standards are being destroyed by certain staff that are working for pizza hut & ruining the image..So...
