The staff is great and treat you like family and they remember my name and greet me as I walk in. I have purchased TVs, Laptops, movies, games, and even jewelry for great prices and the best quality! I have pawned items, purchased and even used their layaway for items at Christmas and I have never been disappointed! My son and I went into Braswell & Son's today, looking for a very specific kind of computer. Denise was helpful right from the start, first greeting us with a smile, then getting straight to work helping my son. Like most teenage boys are, he was a bit indecisive and unsure, but she didn't skip a beat. She asked him plenty of questions, and finally figured out what he was looking for. At first, we didn't think we'd be able to purchase what we needed, because it wasn't in stock. However, it was BOSS lady to the rescue, she had saved the day. Needless to say, my son didn't leave disappointed. They had exactly what he was looking for in the back, and even put him on a lay-away plan, which is so perfect for a seventeen year old. Came in one day on my way out of town looking to see if Braswell & Son happened to have any good options for engagement rings. They had a nice selection of rings ranging from the higher end to the lower, more affordable end. I am a full-time college student, which means I'm broke, so I exclusively looked in the cheaper ring section lol. Despite my financial constraints, there was still a nice variety of rings to look at and choose from. I was assisted by Tim who was extremely helpful in keeping me in my price range while still finding a ring that had the characteristics I was looking for. He wasn't like the typical salesman who fishes for a nice commission check, but rather he truly had my best interest in mind.
