Let me be clear that the sales people at this store were great! That is were it ended. This was the worst experience of my life. The delivery was a mess with them canceling twice only an hour before the scheduled time to arrive. The manufacturers customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and the people are completely rude. If it wasn’t for the fact that this adjustable base is non refundable, I would be returning everything based off my experience. So sad that almost $10,000 spent on a bed and people treat you like you’re a worthless idiot. Maybe I am for spending that much (especially now, knowing how they treat their clients), but I truly thought this would help my immense...

Bryson was exceptional and was very accommodating. When me and my wife tried out the bed we were interested in, unknown to us my wife's wallet fell out onto the floor under the bed. After we left and had paid for the bed, Bryson was so thoughtful he called me and told me he had found her wallet after cleaning up near closing time and stayed open for me to pick it up.
