I have gone to about 20 classes at this gym and every single one has been amazing. The instructors are on point, they keep the class engaging, challenging, but encouraging enough to come in as a novice and feel confident in advancing your skills. The gym itself is far different from other gyms in the area. I love that there’s an intimate feel while not having too many people, it’s only 6 people per row and mirrors all around the 4 rows. The studio itself is gorgeous; the dark colors and ambient lighting really help me to let go of everything outside the studio and focus on my workouts. The sculpt classes are my favorite, even with the same instructors, they do a great job varying each class with different props and moves. Read moreI went to a trial class around last year in May to show support to a close friend Jungle Johanna who is an instructor at break free, she teaches pilates. I am not your usual pilates or yoga person, I was more of a gym/ weights girl. I do have to advise that I was challenged and LOVED the class. The studio itself is very cute, the lighting is beautiful and the temperature for heated classes I found was great to get my sweat on. Jungle always provides the best play list as well as ensures that everyone in class is working with proper posture etc. My favorite check in girl is Pao, she always greets me with a warm smile and is very sweet. Read moreI love this studio for hot pilates. I've been coming here for a while now, and always meant to leave this review. Shoutout to my favorite instructors, Gina and April. They really care about your form and correct you throughout so that you really maximize and progress in the classes. You can tell they really care about what they do and making sure you get the most out of each class. They have variety throughout so even if you go once or multiple times per week, you won't feel like you're doing the same exact exercises. They also pace out the class, which I love, so you get true hot pilates, controlled yet effective movement. It sucks that word is getting out and the classes are filIing up quick!
