Pirates Island Golf & Corolla Arcade — Attraction in Corolla

VERY VERY VERY SLOW! TERRIBLE DESIGN! The course it’s self is solid. The staff was fine. Prices are average to high. The layout of this course totally sucks during peak hours. It is 2-9 hole courses. So you wait in a crazy long line. Then, wait again in a long slow line to start play the other 9 holes. There is no one regulating and they don’t cap the amount of people coming in. So you finish 9 holes and have a 30+ minute wait till you start again. It took us 90+ minutes to play 9 holes on a Wednesday night in July. We left after 9 holes and well over $100 bucks for 6...

We came back again this year to mini golf on our vacation. It had been cleaned up a lot since last year, the water features were working. We ended up only doing nine holes not 18 because it was pretty crowded and the kids got bored. To me this mini golf course kind of feels like mini putting like actual pudding like golf I mean there's no clowns and crazy noise or anything like that....

4/26/25 - nice decent mini golf course, there's two sets to play which makes the whole 18. There are at least three chances to get a hole in one without trying (lol).
