I'd give it a zero if that was an option. First of all, irt time here and the last. I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early to "check-in" . The receptionist looked at me and asked if I received a check-in text. No "good morning, hi how are you" I said no. She then said she called me to confirm my appointment and since she didn't hear back from me, my appointment was cancellled. I asked what she is talking about because I received their email asking me for all my pre registration information which they did have on file. Meanwhile, another receptionist told her to just check if the dentist had time to see me and while i was waiting the receptionist was continually coughing and continually clearing her throat. Next, my name was called indicating they had time to see me. When I went back, I was asked to wash my hands for 20 seconds and then rinse myself with an antibacterial wash. The staff were all dressed in PPE, understandable. Never have i received this type of treatment from ANY establishment for a doctor appointment or a dentist appointment. Glad I did because from the moment I walked in I did not get a good feeling about the establishment. Patients should not be made to feel like they are going to contaminate anything they touch. I literally did not want to touch anything in my surroundings as they made my experience extremely...
Read moreMay I start by stating that it is almost close to impossible to ever get a smile from children or let alone an adult when the words "dentist appointment" is mentioned. Yet, that is what separates Eagle Glen Dental from the rest. By no means am I saying that any other dentist office is horrible, but it sure would be extremely difficult to match the great and professional customer service and services that are provided by both the staff and doctors. The staff always has such a warm welcoming voice and the kindness in their voice is displayed the moment one walks through the doors. They are always willing to accommodate and assist in helping work around busy schedules.
My family and I have been seen by both doctor Dr. Pham and Dr. Soto for the past five years; gentleness, cleanliness, honesty, and genuine care are some of the many attributes that one can experience at Eagle Glen Dental. Thank you, Eagle Glen Dental for putting a smile back in the words "dentist...
