Pablito’s Tacos — Restaurant in Corona

This place is amazing and you get what you pay for! The quality of food here is way above "fast food" quality and thus you should expect to pay more for it and also it will take a little longer to get your freshly made order. This place just opened a up less than a week ago and the two previous poor reviews are likely due to the new crew being overwhelmed with orders throughout the day hence they had to close early as they didn't have enough food to fulfill orders before closing time. Can mistakes be made? Of course, especially since they just opened. Please be patient with them especially if there is a line before you order and double check your order for accuracy before you head home. My parties order was perfect and we were all very satisfied. The portion of carne asada fries was more than fair for the price and tasted delicious. My tacos were fresh and the hand made tortillas were excellent. My friends surf and turf burrito was very large and he said it was delicious. We are customer's for life and will frequent Pablitos often. If you don't have patience please wait a few weeks until the figure out all the kinks and get things smoothed out once the opening...

I got a carne asada burrito. The rice was old. The beans tasted like they came out of a can, they needed salt. It was so plain. The rice tasted like salty carbs. It didn’t taste like your regular mexican rice or mexican beans. My wife got the 3 taco plate witb rice and beans. Same story with the rice and beans. The tacos were honestly so bad. They had no flavor whatsoever. The carne asada was just plain. No flavor. The most disappointing part was the tortillas. theyre supposed to be hand made but they were sooo flimsy. Tortillas by hand aren’t like that. Overall the food was plain and it wasn’t worth the $35 dollars. Not to mention the soda tasted like filtered water with a hint of whatever soda you got. I’m not one to be picky. this is my first review ever. This place needs a lot of work. It’s insane how bad the food was for a DINE IN not even take out. Our family loves carne asada fries and having a place super close to home got us super hyped. Unfortunately it was let down by the high prices and very small portions. They are charging $16 for what most places would consider a half size. What's worse is that amount of meat they give you is extremely small and the cheese is similar to the stuff you squeeze out of a bottle. I bought two orders and after tips ended up being over $40. Usually two orders at other places leaves us stuffed but here we still ended up being hungry still. Lastly I do want to mention we got there roughly around 7:35pm and around 7:50pm there was a guy who was turning away customers telling them they were closed yet they technically don't close till 8:00pm.
