Went here for my lunch break, I placed my order on the drive-thru the restaurant was not busy at the time I went. I got my bag of food and drove back to work which is across the freeway. Once I arrived at work I nothing they had giving me chicken popcorn instead of my burger. I tried calling the restaurant so my burger could be ready by the time I got there since I was on my 30 minute lunch. Phone did not work. I got there and explained what happened and that I would like to get the correct food I had paid for. The manager on duty Jocen was not helpful nor sympathetic to my situation. She told an employee to remake my food, and I mentioned to her that there might be something wrong with their phones. She said “yeah they don’t work! With a smirk on her face” once my food was done I let her know how disappointed I was with their service and the way she handled the situation, the whole time she had a smirk on her face and did not take any feedback. You would like more information via a response. I could not go any further as I do not recall the exact date and time last week. What I remember is, I went through the drive thru last week, I bit into my homestyle chicken club and it was hard and cold on the inside. I found it odd to order the sandwich and by the time I got to the window 30 seconds later my sandwich was ready. It would have been impossible to thoroughly cook the inside of a chicken sandwich in such a short time period. I don't remember the date and time as I was disgusted and threw everything out as soon as I got out of my car including the receipt. Read moreWhat can I say? It's Jack in the box on Bedford Canyon. This location has ALWAYS been good to me whether I'm paying with my EBT card, credit card or the all American paper money cash. They have never been rude or nasty in any way shape or form. I went there yesterday and ordered what I did. Sat at a table that happens to be the only one in the restaurant that has an electrical outlet by it. So I charged my phone while I ate. Unfortunately I dozed off well I was waiting for my phone to charge. 4 + hours later one of the associates came over to me and asked if I was done. I looked around my table and said yes.
