I wish I could give this location 0 stars . My husband and I order a few games with Casey about 3-4 weeks ago , I was able to get one copy but she told me the other game that I wanted was out of stock and need to be ordered. So I told her okay we can do that , the only problem is that I canāt get it shipped to my home and she told Me that I can order from store and get it shipped to their location. So we did that I payed both games in full . Waiting for the game to arrived to location since I was able to track it via email . I called the store a few days after the game arriving to their location and someone over the phone told me that they donāt check their mail box often, that their manager does . So she said she will leave a sticky note for them to check mail box. I never heard from them a week passed and I called again and another gal told me that the sticky that was left there for the staff to see was ignored due to their Nintendo 2 pre order sale they got busy and that she was gonna text her manager for her to check mail box for my game . And this point is a month has passed . Came today to get my copy since I got a called yesterday that they FINALLY have it . When I arrived to the store I asked for The game . Casey was trying to give me an explanation of their reason why the game to So long for me to get it , and lied to my face and said that I order the game from my house and put their address when all this was done at their store and by her a month ago ā¦I have the receipt with her name on it with BOTH games being purchased at this location ā¦.. I never placed the order from my home I came to the store payed in full and Casey helped me for me to get it shipped to their location !! I got upset , I told her that it wasnāt true . And she was like well in my system says other wise . Iām not going to argue with her . I asked for my game and she gave it to Me with attitude. I feel disappointed on this location since I come all the way from Riverside since I like the area . Thanks to her I will never come back . Great job at hiring employees that lack of customer...

Joey accused me of being unable to read and understand written policy. Iļø tried to kindly state my confusion, but was told he could not do anything for āsomeone like meā. The previous employee Bryan that was helping me originally said he would be able to honor my return because Iļø had the item less than 24 hours and was not informed that it would not be able to be returned. Iļø believe that GameStop is allowing their employees to discriminate against guests based on their race, gender and appearance. Iļø have been a member for 4 years and have never experienced this type of practice and left the store embarrassed in front of my 6 year old son. When Iļø tried to record the situation Iļø was told to put my āf**king camera awayā by Joey. He stated because of California law Iļø have no authority to record an employee implementing discriminatory practices against me. Iļø asked where that documentation can be found? As Iļø was leaving he asked me to leave the store which Iļø donāt think is legal or respectful. He also asked his associate Bryan to make sure he ābacked up his storyā. Iļø feel like this type of behavior should not be tolerated by both the customer or the company and needs to be addressed. If it is not addressed with Joey, Iļø am to assume that Game Stop supports and promotes the strategic discrimination of customers based on their race, gender and appearance. Ā Ā Ā Read morePaige, who told me she was a store manager, was insanely rude to my Mother and nephews when they went into the store today.
My nephew had gotten a game for his switch for Christmas (switch sports), which unfortunately was incompatible with his switch lite. Since they had bought the game in anticipation for Christmas, it was passed the return window but instead of calmly telling her the store return policies, berated her in front of two children. Paige told my mother that the store didnāt need her business and that she should leave just because she was trying to return an unopened game.
Iāve worked in the video game industry for publishers and to see this happening at the local level for someone who bought the wrong game for a child for Christmas is actually ridiculous. Will definitely be calling corporate and the store owner to report how rude the staff was today. I know itās the holiday and tensions run high but this is pretty egregious and I wonāt be shopping at this GameStop anymore. Iāve been a paying rewards member for over a decade and this sincerely makes me second guess that. Those same boys that went in had a stack of cards to get graded by PSA and they ended up leaving without sending them in. Will just send them in to be graded ourselves.
Do yourself a favor and donāt visit this GameStop. There are a few others in Corona...
