Jamba — Restaurant in Corona

We've been coming to this Jamba for a long time, but recently it has really gone downhill. The store is always understaffed, which makes wait times ridiculous. We have been asked to leave so that the employee (yes, singular) could take their break. The employees aren't to blame, but turnover is very high (we've had friends work there and leave quickly) clearly the store is struggling so badly to keep their employees.

On our most recent trip we got two smoothies (we have had both before) and they were NOT up to standard. I have attached videos of both for reference. The cranberry orange whip (a winter seasonal special) is one of our favorites, but this one was thin (not a smoothie consistency!!) And had no coconut whip. The vanilla blue sky was not fully blended and you can see how chunky and under-blended it is. There was only one employee staffing the store and she was clearly stressed trying to take orders and make drinks at the same time.

On top of that, one restroom is our of order and the other is not stocked properly.

We're disappointed and frankly wanted our money back, but didn't want to bother an employee who was already at her wits end. Management needs to step up and staff this store adequately, because it is affecting the quality of service and the food. Until now we've been hoping the location would improve, but we will be taking a break from this location for a while pending...

Went in tonight, THE WORTS EXPERIENCE EVER! The male employee greeted me and said he would be with me (no problem, he was in the middle of an order). The female employee was messing with boxes (maybe doing inventory, no big deal). Three minutes later I order a large (split into two cups for my kids) and then two mediums. I receive my order of a large (split), a medium, and another large. I asked about the size but figured maybe I misspoke. I get home because the large split wasn’t exactly split, I added some of mine (same smoothie) to the split one so it was a bit more even. Took my first sip and spit it out! The medium was great, but the others were absolutely gross. I do not think I have had a worse smoothie. Employees not...

Haven't been to a Jamba Juice in a min. I was in the plaza so stopped by for a quick visit.

Parking: There's a large parking lot with plenty of spots.

Ambiance/Environment: The indoor space is like any other Jamba. Small with limited seating but clean and nice.

Service: There were only two workers, but they're quick and efficient.

Drinks: We were recommended their new series "over ice." Each drink was absolutely fruity and refreshing. I like how colorful each drink looked. The names basically explains the drink lol.
