I would give zero stars if this was an option. Just over a year ago, my husband woke up paralyzed chest down at 36 yrs old. We had to turn our living room into a hospital room. 4 months with a hospital bed and we needed new furniture. We purchased a couch and chair. About 2,700.00. This man promised us a two year warranty. And if something is wrong with or within the first year, he would personally replace it. Well I have a year of text messages promising me a new couch, or to have someone come and fix it. Had a guy out here a couple times. Couch still isn't fixed. Have no little kids and we barely used the furniture. I have several text saying he's in Los Vegas and the couch is on back order. Lmao! I have bought furniture for way less at big lots and had no issues with furniture for years. Still no response. Guess I will be headed to small claims court tomorrow. Done dealing with crooks. I highly recommend purchasing your mattresses from here. We recently purchased out third mattresses along with an adjuster from there. We purchased for the kids first and later decided to upgrade our only two year old mattress from a big name retail store that had already broke. Very reasonable prices and very good customer service.
