The store has recently undergone changes and is not a great store any longer. 1/2 of the store is on one end of the building, the rest on the other with a bunch of offices and clerical stuff in between. a lot of stuff thats just garbage, the good stuff (tools, and newer supplies) are held in the ever growing back room. these items are priced but kept in the back for employees and friends. recently I was declined by the staff for buying a dust collection system and a few small tools as they "had not been tested or priced" but there were price tags and a sticker that says "works, sold as is". an older guy said that the guy who works on weekends would probably be buying them all anyways since he did woodworking. Must be nice to get a paycheck and the fringe benefits of underpriced...
Read moreNot satisfied , most of the time we come and look at what they have and are greeted with wonderful service,but today when we went to look at the exterior doors we got dirty looks first off then we noticed an area in the back (clearly not marked for employees only) just wanted to see what was there ,we were yelled at by an older gentleman and were told "you guys need to Get out of there! You're not allowed back there if you're not escorted!"..I get that it's not just open to anyone but he was Very unprofessional and don't think I'll be back...

But it seems that they taken a downhill approach to what they carry. The prices have gone through the roof on a majority of their building items. I will say that their furniture is priced very well though.
