Lario's meat market is by far the best marinated meats in the area but be careful for shifty eyed manager Salvador. I am not sure if he was pulling a fast one or made an honest mistake but, like I told him if he is getting paid to make mistakes especially as a manager then for him to step aside and pay me to make the cut(no pun intended). Last Saturday evening I stopped by for guac, chips and some meats for the week. So I asked for one pound of the lemon beef and two breasts of the orange chicken. He gave me the meats and I paid for everything. So to my surprise when I went to eat the chicken they had charged me the beef price for the chicken. Luckily I had both bags one pound of beef and the two pound of beef but it being chicken. He tells me well I will give you the difference in chicken. I told him that I wanted the beef he had charged me for and for him to serve me two chicken breast and I will pay for the breast that he would label correctly. He tells me to relax and not to get mad. I told him the reason I am mad is because I had bought the meat on the weekend to avoid a trip in the week which his "mistake" caused, he then says let me just give you what you want so you get out of the store and stated that he does not remember me, I told him to take a good look at my face because I will continue to buy there regardless if his attitude of indifference for the place. As he was serving me the chicken he tried to be sneaky and just relabel the chicken I had brought back to him and I stopped him and told him that I wanted the fresh meat not the one I brought back so we both share in the pain of his mistake. After being caught in his deceit he rudely grabbed the new orange chicken breasts and plopped it on the counter. I asked one of the guys that was throwing the trash out as I was leaving what the name of the manager was he said Salvador. Then I asked him what the name was of the guy that attended me so rudely was. He stated that was the manager! SMH! Don't get me wrong meats are great but I just question it now...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFound this little Mexican Market by accident. Local mechanic told me about it after offering me a taco while waiting for my car to ve fixed. I gotta say their asada asada grilling meat is one of the best I ever tried. Their chicken breast ala naranja (citrus marinated) is very good.. Larios has everything you need for your next bbq. Tney offer a great selection of ready to eat salsas from mild to burn your mouth jalapeno. Also offer home made chips. Their guacamole is always fresh. At times you can see them making it in back using nothing but fresh produce. They have a small hot food section but their pork carnitas are darn good. Bottom line if you like carne asada they drop by and pick up a pound or two. You may just find your self going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHi world. Well I'll start by saying "WOW" we had a self cookout Wednesday, 23,2024 asada and pollo at work. This is the place where the meat was bought (pre seasoned) and I must say this place the flavor of the pre seasoned Meat and pollo we got was the best I ever had. We've had many taqueros come through the shop and not one comes close to the flavor of this place. I just really had to give this place the props it deserves from me. The price, I have no idea what it was per pound. I didn't buy it. But I sure as heck ate the meat. I can honestly say I found my go to place for pre seasoned meat and chicken. Thank you all at this place for getting it right. Please don't change anything. You have...
