Great Customer Service! Called the night before to find out if I needed an appointment and they said nope just come in by. Dropped my truck off the next morning and went to work so they could figure out what was going on since I had had the radio replaced about 4yrs ago at a shop in Covina but have had nothing but problems since, went back a couple times to that place and it never worked right so I just gave up. Radio ended up not playing anymore but screen came on so I found Glendora Auto Sound and oh my I should have started here. After they diagnosed it they called and gave me the unfortunate news that my radio was pretty much fried. They could try to band aid it but ultimately I would need a new one. I said ok do you possibly have something in stock? I of course had a CD player still and wasn’t ready to lose that capability, he said on hand no but let me check my warehouse and call you back. He calls me back and they had one in stock and they could install it same day. Prices were reasonable and when I came to pick it up they showed me everything and I haven’t had one issue since. Where do I begin! As soon as I walked in Francisco was polite & helpful. He was very detailed in answering all my audio questions, as I am not too familiar with his field. He gave me many different suggestions to tailor my car & audio needs. Also, he gave information on all the equipment he was referring me without trying to push any extra or costly equipment I didn’t need!

I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He allowed me to drop my car off before work & pick up after. Francisco even stayed after hours waiting for me to arrive. What a stand up guy! Even when I arrived, he didn’t rush me & even stayed after to test the subwoofer with me just in case I needed any modifications to the set up.

Lastly, my key fob wasn’t working prior to dropping off my car & I needed to unlock my doors manually. Although, when I picked up my car, the key fob was fixed & Francisco didn’t even charge me for the fix!
