We did not receive the flower arrangement we ordered. Our order was for the “36 PLATINUM ROSES” delivered for Valentine’s Day. The Ron & Alicia WEB Site indicates “Signature Ecuadorian red roses”, “In a tall vase filled to the brim with baby's breath”. We received only (24) red roses, there was no baby’s breath at all and there was no large red ribbon as shown on their website plus the vase was a very thin plastic vase. We think they delivered the wrong order by mistake. When we contacted customer service they would not accept any responsibility for their error. This order was close to $300. With the missing (12) roses, missing baby’s breath, missing red ribbon and plastic vase one would expect a minimum of $100 refund plus a we are very sorry for the inconvenience. My wife and I forgot to order an arrangement for her Aunts funeral and I call Ron & Alicia the night before to try and place an order. Their website was really easy to navigate and there were pictures of arrangements to choose from. We picked a standard arrangement and asked if they could deliver it the next morning. Not only did they take our last minute order, but it was delivered early the next day and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. We are not from the area and we took a chance based off of their ratings and they defiantly lived up to that high rating. My son who lives in Virginia sent me a gorgeous orchid for my birthday. It was very tall and not in the container that he chose. No watering instructions but I’ve had several orchids in the past from Trader Joe’s. The problem was that I could not get it out of the pot. The plastic pot was jammed in the outside pot. I called and was told to put one ice cube a week in the plant. I believe it’s two plants and one is dying.I planned to enjoy this orchid for years and only hope that my daughter can help me save it .
