Completely disappointed with the services at this location. I dropped off my sons Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a black screen on Tuesday 8/14 to a technician named Otto. I was told to leave it at least 24 hours for diagnosing. I didnât hear anything back on Wednesday. On Thursday I looked at the paperwork I signed which said it may take up 48 hours for diagnosing. I was in the area and since it had been 48 hours at this point,I went in to the store for an update. I spoke to a gentleman, Brian, who checked with the staff as to whether there was an update. Nothing. I was told the delay was that they did not have the tool necessary to open the tablet, but that the tablet was in the work order for that day (Thursday) and that I would hear back from them before they closed as they now had the tool. As you can imagine, I didnât hear from them at all by the end of the day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and even gave them until 3 on Friday. Getting in contact with them was impossible. I left a message requesting a call back and I did not hear from them Friday. Today, it is now Saturday 8/18 and I attempted to call them in the morning when they opened. Their phone kept sending me to a voicemail. Finally, at 12:45pm, I was able to speak to someone. The same technician who I left the device with on Tuesday answered. He had to put me on hold to go see what was going on. After having me on hold, he proceeded to tell me they still did not have a diagnosis and that my tablet was opened up. At this point, all I want to do is go pick up my tablet and take my business elsewhere. He told me to give him until 3pm as âthe technician wasnât thereâ (although I had dropped off the tablet to him Tuesday) and that he (Otto) would personally call me by 3 with hopefully a diagnosis. This evidently meant this tablet would not get fixed today. I told him how displeased I was with having to wait and zero communication. I only got info because I was on top of them and honestly, I donât feel confident in any services rendered after this. If you cannot get a diagnosis within the promised time, call your client/customer and update them why. Also, do not tell someone youâd call them by the end of the day, never call, and then have 2 days go by without any update after that. I should not have to keep calling to try to get an update. Their lack of communication speaks to how little they value their customers and providing excellent services they seem to take pride in. My tablet is âopened upâ and I canât take it so Iâll wait until 3pm. I have things to do and my life cannot revolve around waiting for them and getting my tablet before the end of the day as they are closed on Sunday. This location needs to learn to communicate and be honest. I would have respected them more if they had at least done that.

First time and last time at pc tech do yourself a favor stay far away. I broke my Xbox joysticks on Xmas call these guys next day to see if they can fix. They tell me they donât have the parts but bring it in anyhow to take a look so I do both confirm sticks are gone misleads me on diagnostic charge telling me it covers repair which later found out false. 5 hours go by get call back diagnosis complete your sticks are broken ? Yea no duh đ well itâs going to be another 20$ to fix. Iâm not happy but ok fix it. Takes longer then they expected calls me back lies to me once again your sticks are beyond repair ok go to pick up controller after they handed it to quickly and kick me out they did this so I wouldnât see the busted usb c port at the top my controller. Went home to test anyhow they actual did fix the sticks but now controller wonât hold charge due to busted port fix one problem to break another once again stay far away from this place find another and better tech shop
