Mike's Jeweler — Attraction in Crosby

My fiancé went here to get my great grandmothers ring appraised after he proposed to me with it. The jeweler called my fiancé and said there no need to send it out to an appraisal because they ran a test and the diamond is cubic zirconia and it would be a waste of money to get it appraised. We were DEVASTATED and had no idea how to tell my grandma. My mom decided to take to her jeweler in the woodlands so they could confirm. And guess what? THE DIAMOND IS REAL! They even did the diamond test in front of me to prove that the diamond was real. We had two appraisals done to be certain.

Needless to say we will not be going to Mike’s ever again and he clear doesn’t know anything...

Went to Mike's to get the wrist band on my watch replaced. He let me pick out the replacement band from a variety of options, then made the switch right there in the store, in about five minutes.

I really appreciated this, because the other jewelers in the mall were telling me that they'd have to mail my watch away for a week, and that they'd "do their best" to match the color, style, and size of the original band. I didn't want to be without my watch for a week, and I didn't like the idea of trusting someone else to pick a replacement band.

My only complaint against Mike is that he didn't seem to have a very good grasp of English. Aside from that, great, convenient service....

I made a 45 minute drive from Spring to Crosby just to see Mike about a specific piece of jewelry. My wedding set was purchased from Zales, but I prefer to support locally owned small family businesses. I had low hopes in finding a band for my wedding set, but Mike found the perfect item. Additionally, he applied a new coat of rhodium to my tarnished wedding set and within an hour I had what looked like a brand new set on my finger.
