My son and I went through the drive thru at the Whataburger in Crosby about a week ago, a young kind of redheaded (or maybe blonde I'm not sure because it was after dark) girl took our order. The girl seemed nice enough over the speaker but when we got to the window she took our payment without speaking to us which was okay I guess but then when she handed us our bag of food we realized she was extremely rude. After handing us the food she slammed the window and stood with her back to the window so we were confused on whether or not it was all of our food or not. After a quick look I noticed we did not get our fries so we waited and waited for her to open the window so we could let her know. After a little time she opened the window, I let her know what the tiny situation was and she asked for our bag of food and walked away with it. A short period later she returned with everything including the fries, that is when I asked her for my reciept and she just stood there so I thought maybe she didnt hear me because I was in the passenger seat so I said " can you hear me okay" that is when my son made it clear to me that she had heard me so I was a bit embarrassed, she then said it was on the bag, I explained that was the order reciept for her good not mine and that I wanted the reciept where it showed my purchase with my credit card thats when she just stood there and looked at me for what I would say was for way to long saying nothing and then finally proceeded to print one out handed it to me and slammed the window. Now keep in mind that there still to that point was no one else behind me nor was it very late it had just gotten dark so I assume she wasn't trying to close or in a hurry from other customers. Also never at any point did I give her a hard time, the food order was rarely short without any special orders, we never said anything rude or patronizing to her in any kind of way.....It is not hard to put a smile on your face and treat people with dignity and respect atleast while you are at work, I've done it my whole life!.......This Girl Was Just Rude and does not need to be working in any kind of customer...

Read moreWorst experience I've ever had. Drive thru line was extremely long but luckily the person orders was very nice and polite so this made up for it. She repeated my order back and it was correct so I was instructed to pull up to the second window. When I was there they pulled my order total up which was entirely too low. I let the window attendant know and he said let me grab my manager. They asked what was supposed to be on the order so I let them know they didn't have the onion rings and shakes or drinks on the order. They said not to worry and they would take care of it and to pull up. After waiting for several minutes the drive thru worker walks up to my car with the wrong drinks and no onion rings and tells me "they just gave you fries, you will have to park and come inside to pay for the rest" I would have gladly paid while I was in the drive thru. Having to park and walk inside defeats the entire purpose of what I wanted to accomplish. Now I am eating a cold meal without half of my food items, no straws or deserts because the employees decided they didn't want to...
