Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Normally we have a good experience but not tonight. I ordered online for the pizza portal and was told that my order would be ready by 9:30 pm. I was at the store by 9:30 and no email. By 9:45 there was still no email so Iwalking to the store. They were just getting my pizza out of the oven. It was a Saturday night and so I didn't really stress. I even saw the young man who waited on me getting the crazy bread ready in the back.when he had everything package you brought it to me. Another gentleman told me to take a 2 liter cooler on the house. I said thank you and I left. However, and thankfully for meI pulled a piece of crazy bread out as soon as I got to the car to eat on the way home. Not only was it not fresh or had even been kept in the warmer it was cold. Not cold as an out of the refrigerator but I just been sitting there forever and a day. Not even in the warmer. There were literally no degree of warm in this bread. I got back out of my car and took it back into the store and the young man that waited on meknew exactly what I had come for. You reach for the old and then turn around and got a warm one out of the warmer and actually winked at me. I just told him with some humor that he thought he was getting away with something but it didn't quite work.I was kind of shocked that he actually knew what he was trying to pull over and assumed that I was not going to taste the bread until I got home. This is a horrible store. Went in and ordered the "hot n ready" one cheese one peperoni. And a set of wings. Was asked to sit and wait." Hot n ready "now!! Bunch of teenagers employeed with little supervision of about 9 employees could see only two working. 5 different customers came after me and got their orders and left. 10 minutes later the cashier, who's terrible at customer interactions by the way. Walks behind the hot and ready station, picks up a tray of wings that been there since well before i ordered and finally pours the bufalo sauce on them and places them on counter. The only 2 working employees on the crew still hard at work slicing and packaging the pizzas coming out the oven. One of them finally calls my name and hands me my "hot and ready order" 15 minutes and a lot of aggravation later. This new generation has no concept of a well earned paycheck and an honest days work and whomever manages this store has no clue how to manage a team into performing like customers matter. Wasted payroll bigtime. The guy and the girl working the oven and pizza preparation were the only hard working employees there. But "hot n...

Made 3 attempts to call in an order but they would not answer the phone. Rang so long the line disconnected each time. I figured they were busy so I drove to the business and found a single customer sitting in the waiting area and the cashier just drinking a bottle of water doing nothing while the phone was continuously ringing. I made a comment about the phone ringing and she just commented 'yea'. I asked if the constant ringing bothered her and she didn't say anything. The cashier took my order and only when about three more customers came in behind me did she answer the phone on the wall. The cashier was not a teenager and was a woman about 35-40 years of age. She acted like she couldn't care less about taking phoned in orders. The food was decent but I noticed a cooked pizza turned upside down on the floor near the oven and nobody was attempting to clean up the mess. I fault the manager for not closely monitoring the employees but I guess good employees are hard to find. I recently returned to the restaurant and found different staff.
