Radiant Custom Tattoo & Body Piercing — Attraction in Crystal River

Amazing customer service! This was my second time getting a nose piercing. My first experience was not so pleasant in a different establishment. Anna was so very professional. I never bruised and had very little pain after, unlike my first experience. I am from Michigan but was visiting my sister in Florida. She wanted me to meet her tattoo artist, Anna and get some piercings. They fit us in right away even though we didn’t have an appointment. So we got the piercings over the weekend and I flew back home to Michigan. Anna gave me her card and said to call if I had any questions or concerns. Three days later, I had an incident where I somehow pulled the nose ring diamond through the inside. I called Anna and she didn’t hesitate to assist. Anna FaceTimed me, calmed me down and gave me two options and explained what would be the best option. Anna reassured me she would call me back once she was finished with her client to find out how everything went. I was able to fix the situation with instructions she provided and saved my piercing. She later called me back to make sure everything went smoothly. WOW!! You don’t find customer service like...

This was such a wonderful experience. My daughters (aged 5 and 3) both wanted to get their ears pierced. I was wanting to find them the most peaceful and professional studio I could. This place far exceeded my expectations. First, I wanted to go before the appointment to ensure we made the right decision. Anna had an assistant tour my girls through the studio and answered any questions they may have had. When we showed up for our appointment I totally didn’t realize I needed a notarized form. She was still able to move my appointment for the same day. She was so patient and kind to us. Once the girls got there for the appointment the gentleman behind the desk was wonderful and kind. He offered us drinks, snacks, and candy! The setting was peaceful and spa like. There was calming music, beautiful spa like colors on the walls, the lighting was gorgeous, and it was so clean. Anna took her time with my daughters. They were scared and she practiced breathing with them, walked them through each step, and even asked if they were happy with the placement before piercing. I would highly recommend this place for your piercing needs. Well done Anna...

!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My experience with Becca at Radiant Custom was top notch! From the time I walked in to get a consult I felt at ease and like I didn’t have to worry about another crappy tattoo experience. Everyone was welcoming and kind and made sure I felt like my ideas were heard. I gave Becca a vague mumble jumble idea for a few things that I was looking to do and she was able to reel me in and ask what the most important things to me were and explain how, when, and why things would or wouldn’t work and I really appreciate her taking the time to do that. She came up with a brilliant design and throughout the whole tattoo when things started to get uncomfortable to say the least she was patient and offered any relief possible without rushing me or being irritated that i needed a second to recoup.
