Fun for the family. Activities are also very nice but the price is a little steep for people that have more than 2 children. Especially, for those who do have large families, but you would love to bring them all to the pumpkin patch on a budget.
If there was a group admission fee for a group of 5 or more people then that could be an awesome time for a large family. That could make a big difference.
Overall, I'm sure there are many families that would really love to bring their children on a nice family holiday outting, or even parents who have never been to a pumpkin patch ever in their lives. To come out and enjoy the nice option to pay as you go, for activities that they'd like to experience could also work out a little better. Especially when you also have to pay from 5 to $15 for the parking, in addition the the pricey admission fee.
To get in on a free day, enjoy family fun time and only have to pay for parking wasn't bad.
My family went twice in the month. One during the first 2 grand opening "free" days (which we enjoyed with our beautiful 9 month old baby boy), *because it was free... but the scorching heat was horrendous. We then went back again the following week, during the evening time... where that time we paid. The most enjoyable moments were the spectacular lights, taking family selfies, and the night time excitement which made all the difference.
The overall kiddie experience was great, it had several locations around the vicinity for fun photos, all around the decorum was very nice especially when it comes to fall season pumpkin patch drama. Everything was over the top awesome.
If you're a small family of four with children. The experience can be great, with no big complaint about admission cost, if your ready to splurge for some simple good times for the fall season. It's a nice trip to the pumpkin patch. Pricey or not it's an overall great family experience. If you come to enjoy, but you're not that keen on spending too much money then that would be the only reason for you not to enter into the "Mr. Bones pumpkin...
Read moreThis pumpkin patch is not friendly for kids with disabilities or on the spectrum. I wanted to take my son to a pumkin patch celebrate his 4th birthday. He loves pumkins and petting zoos and he loves to jump. We took him to the bounce slide and he absolutely loved it. When my son got the bottom of the slide he continued to jump on the bottom. We got him off as fast as we could but my son being on the spectrum has a hard time understanding directions. He got on a second time and by the 3rd the staff told us that my son would not be able to slide down anymore. I informed her that he had autism and didn’t understand. She told me that he would be able to go one more time but after that he was not allowed to ride the slide. I informed her that he had a hard time understanding directions because he was autistic and she said for that reason he was not allowed. I then asked “so because he’s autistic he cant ride the slide” she replied “ I legally can not let him ride”. While I understand him jumping at the bottom of the slide can delay another kids from sliding down or can be dangerous as another kid goes down the slide i feel staff should be a little more understanding with kids with disabilities. It takes a couple extra seconds to be patient and understanding and wait for the parent to grab their child. Also keep in mind i paided for my sons tickets to ride the slide. After they turned us away I couldn’t stand to see my son crying asking to go on the slide so i gave our tickets away to another little boy. This was truly heartbreaking as a parent who is just trying to give there son all the experiences a “normal” child would have. Mr. Bones pumkin patch please do better ALL kids deserve to have the fun pumkin...
Read moreIt looks cute , you get pumpkin buks which go toward your pumpkin purchase . I got 4 little pumpkins for free. What kill the vibe completely was the petting zoo attendant. It was some guy with glasses that was completely rude. We stood in like to go in for like 20 min . Saw how much it was to get in and had the tickets in hand . When it was our turn ( party of 5) me and my daughter had wristbands and let us go in and the. Told my husband , mom , and sister , they were not allowed in and to get out the line . My sisters had the tickets in hand and said why ? He said only one adult per child . He then let the other family go I. And my husband asked why they could go in and not them and he proceeded to say “ because they actually have tickets” my sister then responded with “ I had the tickets right here .” And he said “ no you tried to get in for free with the little girl” and my husband responded with “ why would we want to do that it clearly states 5 tickets to get in and had the tickets in hand ready to give to you when you kicked us out . He then proceeded to let them in and neglected to give them feed and made sure to make it a point that everyone else was getting feed but them . At that point my husband just tried to breath to not make a sense but it definitely ruined our experience and everyone else in line. I had other families coming up to us after the fact saying how sorry they were that we were treated like that and they too were confused on why he responded to our family like that. We went Sunday 10/22/23 at 2:00pm . He was a male, short...
