Really disappointed! I ordered two toned paper and some white chalk pencils. I only received one toned paper so I had to call the store so they can send me the rest of the supplies. I later received my other toned paper but NO WHITE CHALK PENCILS. I had to call ONE MORE time to ask where my white chalk pencils were at and they said my order was complete when it wasn’t. This is really frustrating and unprofessional. I heard about this store because my art professor told me about it, but never again :( I asked for a refund for the white chalk pencils I didn’t receive. I hope I do get my money back. Where do I begin? These folks are just great -- great selection, pricing, and unlike a lot of art stores staffed with apathetic art majors endlessly phone-scrolling, these people actually help you find what you need, and will deliver to your studio if need be! VERY helpful for large canvasses etc. Have an obscure pencil brand/blending stub/paintbrush type etc... in mind? These guys know what it is, what it looks like, and where to find it. I've been going to Blick, A+C Supply, and other spots in the Valley. Nothing compares to Graphaids. Reminds me of the real-deal spots...

Lots of parking in back. The entrance is in a kind of alley. The street itself is a semi busy two way with parking on the sides. Trust your GPS, turn in to the alley and go all the way back. You will pass the entrance on your left and find plenty of spacious parking. Plenty of helpful staff, a nice layout and a great selection of art supplies.
