I had to give a star to give a review otherwise, I would have given none. My whole family has gotten a bad experience with these people. And after today, I will never step foot inside again. Like many people, I had found my favorite stylist, Esmeralda. Poor girl she always has tons of clients which is understandable if EVERYONE else won't listen to the client's wishes on that particular haircut. Before discovering Esmeralda the other employees would practically just do as they felt like it that day. I went to trim my beings one day and I didn't even get to mention how short Inwanted them she just started cutting and said, "there" ! This same lady started blow drying my mom's hair after she clearly said "No"! One girl even decided she had to shave my son's back without me asking her after she finished the fawx hawk on him!!!!! So today was it for me! Since I only wanted Esmeralda to assist me, I decided to wait for her and write her name next to my name . Well after nearly 2 HOURS I decided to check my name on the list and it was crossed out!!!! No wonder I was ignored for soooo long! I expressed my anger and how unfair Inconsidered them to run their list but the Lilian's sister did not seem to help resolve the issue. I left.

Worst experience ever!!😤😡 I was going to have a three day weekend special event, and decided to try something new. Came into this place asking for a long layer haircut, wax on eyebrows, and mustache. Haircut wise, I don't have much to complain about. However, that doesn't mean I was fascinated at the job done, I just thought it was something fair enough. Therefore, I idiotically decided to trust (Mary) once again, but this time with eyebrows and mustache. When she was done with my haircut, I told her I wanted a soft arch eyebrows. Before getting started with eyebrows, I was told to close my eyes, which I ingeniously obeyed; of course. When I opened my eyes, I realized she had messed both of my eyebrows up!! One of my eyebrows is shaped hard angled, and the other one is shaped straight. When looking in the mirror I found myself completely upset at her job and made her realized what she had done wrong, and even still she wanted to try to "fix it" waxing even more. I don't consider myself scandalous, that's why I didn't make a big deal out of it. I thought to myself, "It's just hair, and it will grow back eventually. Besides, there's nothing that what make-up can't fix." Needles to say, she had burned my eye lid and under my nose when doing my mustache. To be honest, when she burned my eye lid and under my nose, I didn't feel much pain until afterwards when I got home and looked into the mirror, I noticed the two big burn marks that were starting to show up. Business refused to return my money back!! I wish I could've just seen reviews from this place before,...

Zero stars.. horrible horrible place, judgemental women when walking in through there doors... I am a long time customer and will no longer come here... when this was a small run down shop they were more genuine I think money has gone far up there heads... they ruined my hair burnt all parts of a horrible so called balayage... the lady took way too long gossiping and being careless of time literally came in for a golden blonde came out with white strips... my haircut was awful came in with length asked the lady to just cut an inch she chopped off my hair to short.. like did you not see how much was enough? They charged $280... for a horrible most rude experience... I rate this place a zero.... I'm sorry this place no longer has class...

I would suggest be more careful of your attitude and presence if you do not like cutting hair or even doing some kind of color do not lie to my face and tell me you know how... just get...
