As a tenant at The Pavilion for more than 30 years, I am very pleased to be a part of our retail corner of the world. As our State Farm Agency has grown over the years, we have moved and added on over the years. Parking is a fiasco but great shops and restaurants are why! Deliveries are done from the front instead of back doors so delivery trucks add to the problem. They created a Delivery Only area but customers fill it instead of allowing Delivery vehicles to park there. Deliveries should be done at the back! Clientele here is UPPER income...they want to park at the front door! I suspect that employees park in the same...

Easy to get in and out of Pavilion. A plus when you are starving and just want to grab a quick and economical bite to eat at eatzi's Market and Bakery or satisfy your sweet tooth at Paciugo Gelato or a new 'do at Jean Phillipe. Traffic does get backed up a bit between Devonshire and the tollway, sometimes down to Preston during school year/ end of day for classes at Highland Park...
