I went in today to get my laptop fixed . The guy made excuses to say no one is there to help me and that they only have one laptop guy. When I was adamant about contacting him he made me go on a wild goose chase to find him at the swap shop only for him to tell me he knows the issue but he can’t help me. Terrible customer service . Bothe boys seemed unprofessional, unhelpful and like you’re wasting their time
Update: after reading their response, I’m confident they deserve this negative review and hope others will consider someone else. Ordering the parts is not hard — you and your workers are lazy and have terrible customer service. Geek squad is not a good recommendation, I could’ve found that on the internet . Thankfully I found someone else to fix my lap top in Davie and they were able to do it in 2 hours. You guys are just lazy and unhelpful and I recommend all customers to go elsewhere . You deserve 0/10. He’s also a liar because he didn’t help me lol. He knew the issue but refused to fix (too lazy to order parts ). I explained I didn’t need it fixed right this second. You’re not a good listener bro. He only wasted my gas and time. People : go elsewhere ! I also never said I needed it fixed by today either yiu don’t know English or you’re just deaf. Read moreBe warned!!!! My boyfriend's Samsung S22 Galaxy Ultra's screen was cracked and needed to be repaired. When I called the guy said we could come now and get it fixed he said 40 minutes which I found a little weird cause i've had my phone fixed before and it definitely took longer than 40 minutes. The store was closing soon so i'm sure he was in a rush to leave. Once we arrived back to pick up the phone my boyfriend's phone was acting up and kept saying the sim wouldn't connect which was not an issue prior to him taking it there. The guy was more concerned with collecting the $375, then answering our question as to why it wasn't working. We paid cause what else were we going to do walk out without paying, no of course not. Then we get home the problem persisted, my boyfriend has been unable to use his phone cause it says the SIM is not connecting which once AGAIN was not an issue before going to this place. Along with the phone falling apart now the screen and back are separating I don't know if this guy used a $2 screen or $1 glue to put the screen on, but this is absolutely ridiculous. BIGGEST SCAM EVER!! They reel you in telling you 40 minutes, but what does 40 minutes mean if the quality of the work isn't there now my boyfriend is stuck with a phone that had no issues but a cracked screen prior to taking it there, to now the phone doesn't work and he cant use it to make calls or anything cause the SIM won't connect. We even went to T-Mobile and the lady told us whoever fixed this phone did a horrible job and did something to cause the SIM not to connect. She even put in a brand new SIM and the phone is not working. Read moreBrought my phone in for a new screen everything was working fine. They put on one of their screens and the screen was defective . I had to come back 3 days later for a new screen. I finally got a replacement for the replacement and now the screen goes black randomly and im forced to restart my phone. My phone is a iphone 14 pro and its about a year and a half old. Everything was working fine until i let this establishment touch my phone. I would have rather kept my cracked screen with everything working then the situation ive been put in because of this “repair” company. Not to mention the screen they installed has a lower resolution and never mentioned anything about that until after it was done. I paid $185 plus tax for them to break my phone. Be careful. The prices are decent but you get what you pay for. Looks like i need to get a new phone anyways. update the gentleman in the store replaced the screen for the third time. It has since been working appropriately and he gave me another 30 days warranty. Although my initial review was negative. Its important to have respect for a business that are willing to hold their word and make things right to the best of their abilities. They did recommend me planning on getting a new phone which i wish they would have told me since the first time but in reality how would they have know the 2 first screens installed in my phone were defective.
