Took a good condition iPhone with a small crack in the screen for a screen replacement so that my son could have and use it as an almost new phone.
When I went to pick it up, the fingerprint scanner didn’t work, the charging port wouldn’t hold a cable in and only worked in certain positions and the battery lasted less than 10 minutes after charging. I was told that this was how it was when I dropped it off and that the fingerprint scanners always stopped working when the screen was changed. I agreed for them to get in new Apple parts to fix this. They promised they would call when it was ready but never heard anything. 2 weeks later, and after multiple calls checking if it was ready I was told that they just needed my pon and iCloud password so that they could calibrate the new hardware. I obviously didn’t give them this info.
When I went to pick it up, the phone was identical. When I challenged them they said that the chips in the frame were from them dropping the phone in the shop and that the fingerprint scanner would only work once I told them the iCloud password so that they could “recalibrate” it. They said the charging port and battery were fine.
How they managed to say to my face that they had replaced the screen, back glass, frame, thumbprint scanner and frame with new Apple parts I have no idea, even when presented with photographic evidence that the marks were there when it was dropped off, and a receipt from Apple for a new battery less than a year ago.,
They threatened to call the police if I took the phone out of the store to show my wife waiting in the car outside, and would not let me leave with the phone to get it repaired elsewhere (to fix the issues they had caused) without paying full price for the work and karts they had not done or used.
I ended up having to wipe and leave the phone there.
A bunch of scammers and liars. Avoid like the plague.

Read moreI went there in march and got the screen to my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed for $65, a couple days later and the phone goes out won’t turn on nothing, I gave up on the phone until about a couple days ago I went back there to try and get it up and working again. I then proceeded to pay $100 for another new screen even though the one I had was in perfect condition the problem with the phone is actually the battery but instead of telling me that they continued to let me pay them $100 for another screen that wasn’t needed. When I picked up the phone I paid the 100 and the screen was working but then I leave and it goes out within 40 mins so I went back there requesting a refund and he tells me that there’s nothing wrong with the screen that I have to replace the battery in my phone for it to stop going out. So basically the first screen I had was flawless and I just needed a new battery instead of telling me that from the start he decided to let me pay 100 for the new screen that wasn’t needed there wasn’t even a scratch on the other screen & in the end he told me there’s nothing he can do I’m just gonna have to buy a new battery for my...
Read moreJust went and got my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen replaced today! Took 10 min if that, and the quality is absolutely incredible. I was very weary and nervous because I tend to stick with direct Apple support - but this option was so much cheaper and the wonderful owner has worked FOR APPLE and later started his own business. I trusted him and he did not fail. The screen replacement quality is APPLE quality. I am in love! I had a small crack that was driving me crazy so i decided to go for a cheaper option and I am so glad I did! He will work with you to on pricing because he’s understanding! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. He’s extremely experienced and most of all so kind! - Katie Monopole Follow me on Instagram...
