I'm giving them one star because, when i did use the service, the bus driver was always discriminatory against me because i was a single mother with a child. he wouldnt help me at all and i always had to let someone hold my baby and drag his stroller up the steep bus steps. he wouldnt help me, no matter what. then, when i complained about it, he said i couldnt take the bus anymore. when i complained about that to the staff they said they respect his opinion...so unchristian. the actual pastor was nice though, but i had to stop going...how sad,...
Read moreUsed to volunteer here. Something that never say right with me is that they would make those seeking a meal to sit through an hour-two hours of sermons. As if to “qualify” for a meal, you’d have to listen to religious propaganda. What if you didn’t want to? You didn’t get a meal? That’s not what feeding those in need should be about. You feed people regardless if they sit through your sermon.
Oh and not to mention, they only got maybe thirty minutes to eat while they had to listen for two hours before...
