Honey Bee Ranch Event Center — Attraction in Dayton

This is a beautiful facility. But I will say I wasn’t satisfied with the way things were handled with the property manager/owner. She was very micro-managing and as soon as you give her money she changes because she has a non-refundable deposit and no money back policy. She tried to dictate every part of my wedding as if she was coordinating, so much so that my guest felt unwelcomed. She was spotted counting the number of attendees, walking in and through my event. Sat down and ate as if she was an attendee even. She was very nice when we met her. She made us feel as everything will be perfect and the way the bride desired things to be. Some other egregious actions performed were her refusal of my guest to enter the facility to cool down from the baking sun, lied several times and fails to take responsibility for her actions by putting it off as a “breach in communication/ misunderstanding”. I don’t ever make google reviews but this time i felt it necessary. The issues we had were over the top and really could have spoiled one of the most special events of a persons life. We rented the Honey Bee Ranch Event Center for our Family Safety Event. The assistance we received from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. Gloria and her assistant were onsite the day of the event and helped in so many ways that we weren't expecting. We had several inflatables, a sno-cone truck, washer and corn hole boards all set up outside and still had plenty of space to move around. The shaded back yard and gazebo were so nice on such a hot day! Inside we had a photo backdrop area, lots of catering and plenty of space to move around freely. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Honeybee Ranch, and I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, with a charming and well-maintained atmosphere that’s perfect for any event.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The owner was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our needs were met. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.
