The night shift lead was extremely rude, at times seemed combative. I also did not receive an item from my order and when I went back up there I needed to add another item for a family member. While in the window to pay and receive my item they didn't put in the bag, he started yelling at the window employee and swearing at him before checking to see why I was being charged for food. After hearing that I added something while at the speaker, he threw the bag on the countertop while looking at me through the window with aggression. JD as it states on the receipt, does not deserve to be a shift manager/ team leader for this establishment. When I asked for the general managers/district managers number I was told, "I'm not worried about it" no employee should be afraid to speak out against a manager that is being aggressive. When I pulled up to the speaker box I was greeted with "welcome" and that's all, but I also didn't hear him that well so I replied "I'm sorry?" Was met with "order when you're ready" I've worked for plenty fast food places and that was never an acceptable greeting. Another thing Is when my sister and her boyfriend ordered food from there along with the whole family, my sister and her boyfriend immediately got sick, had food poisoning from eating the burgers. They told us that it would be just a few more minutes on our eggroll. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. It comes with an eggroll. The bowl was pretty good. I returned to the counter to get more teriyaki sauce. I stood there for approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge me there. I know that they seen me. I actually made eye contact with one guy. After we finished our food and were about to leave , I returned to the counter to ask if we were still going to get those eggroll or not. Read moreI had to use the restroom so stopped at Jack in the Box. I always buy something for the privilege of using the facilities. Apparently the staff have forgotten what it's like to have customers inside the restaurant. The couple in front of me waited almost 10 minutes for one of the three staff members to assist them. After their order was taken, I was left standing at the counter, completely ignored by the staff. After seven minutes, I began counting the last minute down before I was going to walk out. I was down to twenty seconds when the woman took my order. All I'd wanted was a Coke. Nearly twenty minutes to get a Coke when there were only two of us to be served. That is absolutely pathetic.
