I am accusing the owner of paying for false reviews right here in public, I also believe that he is creating fake accounts. I am calling you out on your absolutely atrocious service and rude/disrespectful staff.
RESPONSE DEBUNKED!!! Joseph Wall 53 points 15 hours ago I was sold a USED firearm without being warned that the object I was purchasing may very well have been placed down someone else's pants. I was then verbally berated by the owner after requesting a refund. I would only recommend to someone I did not care for very well. Considering consulting an attorney. I was then written a nasty disrespectful message from Perry the owner.
Response from the owner 2 hours ago Not much of a response needed here. Just facts. Joe is in his living room. Loads magazine into a firearm that he fails to check to see if it's loaded. IT IS. Points gun at wall & pulls trigger, blasting his wall. Tries hiding stupidity from wife & kids. He FAILS every gun safety fundamental there is. He's embarrassed & asks to return firearm because it's defective. I explain how he failed every gun safety measure & suggest he takes a gun safety course before owning a firearm. Of course, this is all our fault. Enough said.

Read moreThis is getting to be insane around here. I would not suggest doing business with any business in Decatur at this point because it’s nothing but broken behavior. I bought a laptop out of here on Wednesday, seemed like a good deal. It worked fine for two days and then the software started to act up. As someone who works in tech I performed every reset, update, upgrade, and reinstall possible and the device is still reporting a corrupted file which indicts an issue with the motherboard at the point. Now granted they are not tech experts so instead of honoring the 30 day warranty they decided to play tech support. I’ve waited an hour so far for it to reinstall again and it still hasn’t finished and they expect me to stay at this store for $120 laptop to wait for them to try to fix it when I know they can’t. So here goes yet another place I won’t return to. Why even offer warranties at this point just state that it is buy as is because the ba warranty is a scam. Customer service is non existent in this town and the sad part is all small business owners want to cry about not having sales but this is why!!! Read moreI found my grandpa's poles that were stolen in this pawn shop, did the police report, called back next day and Jake tells me to stop calling and wasting their time and mine that the poles were not mine because they were pawned by different people on different days, I tried to explain to him the details about them on how I KNOW they are mine and he rudely tells me to stop calling and bothering them. I now since they did not want to work with me to give me my poles back had to put the 3 poles remaining on layway so I can get my grandpa's poles back. For me to go out of my way and still purchase them after the police report should prove this man they really mean something to me, old poles or not. Now I'm going to end up paying 70$ for poles that were considered no big deal and irrelevant to this worker. He gave me such a bad experience. I will buy my poles back and never step foot in this business again.
