Still one of our favorite playgrounds, so much fun for the kids! It's a big wooden castle with lots of passageways and bridges. There's 2 swingsets, sandbox area, monkey bars for big and little kids. All ages would enjoy this playground! My boys are 5 and 10, they love it. There's also a creek running beside the park that you can wade in. It gets about waist deep for my 10 year old when he goes to the middle of the creek. The current can get a little fast, so be aware when little ones are in the deeper spots. Bring sandals or water shoes to wear in the water, the rocks can hurt your feet! All around...
Read moreWe love taking our toddler here. The playground is massive and in great shape. Plenty of places to run and climb from those who can barely walk to parents who want to play with their kids. The parking lot is a bit small for busy days, but it's within walking distance of downtown and accessible via the war memorial trail as well as the lake country bike trail.
