I bought a shirt here, wore it once to school and three buttons fell off and the stitching fell apart. I talked to the owner on the phone for 20 minutes and she argued with me and said I was a liar, too big for the shirt, and that they didn't have any left in the store and I was looking at 2 of them on the rack. She told me that when I bought it, it was a final sale and I know it was not. I had the tag with me that said the price. I was never given a receipt when I exchanged this shirt for a bigger size before wearing it therefore we couldn't verify. When I told her she should stand behind her product she told me "it's not like I made it". The only thing they can do is repair it for me in a weeks time. 4 young gals working in the store. Not a single hello or welcome in. One typing on her phone behind the counter, one walking around playing with her hair and two actually working to put things away or restock. I understand the difficulty hiring for retail, and I’m thrilled to see an independent store being successful, but for me, the employees make the experience and these gals just don’t get it. It also seems the clothing for more adult women has been diminished greatly. Perhaps that is temporary to make room for seasonal prom dresses. I hope to be back...

Absolutely outstanding service. I ended up leaving with my dream dress, shoes, and jewelry! Element Style staff was attentive and helpful. Due to the wonderful atmosphere the staff created, I just wanted to keep trying on more!!! Especially Makena was absolutely wonderful.
