I have been trying to knit for years, start and stop either pattern too hard for me to understand or could not get my tension right. I also have taken many classes at other locations, all with the same result. Until I tried Knitch, at first I was skeptical and have to admit it was coming close to another frustration. But I reached out to Susan and she suggested that the pattern could be written out versus graph style. So she had me come back today, wrote it all down, gave me a copy and even enlarged the pattern graph and put in the stitches needed. Now that is going above and beyond.
