Barbers Touch Inc. — Attraction in DeLand

The worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. The guy who cut my hair, chair was at the back of the shop and on the left side. I felt like it was the first haircut the gentleman has ever gave. It’s almost as he pretended to cut my hair literally . The only way my girlfriend was able to tell I got a haircut was because my face was red, my lip was bleeding and he got me in the nose with the scissors so my nose was red . I asked for a blowout and to cut the top, half of the current length, shape everything up eyebrows,mustache, beard and I received nothing. I still have a uni brow, he never touched the top, I mean nothing. I swear I didn’t get a haircut. If he would of cut 20 guys hair the way he cut mine there would be no hair on the floor. His scissors were dull the reason I know is because I told him not to trim the beard just shape it up but he tried to trim with scissors and it felt like he was pulling my hair out.He was unprofessional either his young son or him was passing gas. He smelled like weed, which I don’t mind typical, lots of people do a good job high. He was definitely affected negatively. I gotten my haircut by four different barbers and have all the done a wonderful job at this location but the fifth guy I had today is enough to keep me from ever...

I got the worst haircut of my adult life here. I showed the barber a picture of a haircut I had previously that I liked - really simple medium length cut with a casual part. Rather than getting my hair to the right length and parting it, he instead completely chopped off the half of my brow that was parted in the picture. Then he barely touched the rest of my head.

It took about 3 months to recover enough of the portion he chopped off to get a new cut somewhere else. They were impressed with how screwed up the whole thing was.

The place was really good when they first opened but the talent has Sinice then been terrible. So I called and asked to speak to a manager and he claimed he could not hear me but he could clearly hear me ask if they had an email address but would not provide it the barber would not shave my face with a razor even though I asked. What craziness....
