02/19/2023 I don't like it when I have to encounter some people who work at this store. It's like they are breathing down your neck because they believe you're doing something against policy or stealing, especially if you're of color! Also Judy lied right to my face telling me she couldn't see into my past purchases when I know that she could because the young lady who was working the service desk before one day showed me that they can get into past purchases by using your phone number🤨😾 Why is Judy even still there because she's so nasty first of all & never tries to work with the customers & always with an attitude or sour face! Does she think people are stupid or something?🤨😾 I've been coming to this location since I moved to this area! Even though I prefer the DeBary location, this location is so close to me that I go for convenience.

It was good to see Tommy back well!

05/19/2022 This is a very busy store at peak times❣️ My favorite person in this store is a young lady named AJ! Best overall customer service & personality!😻 I wish Tommy was still at this store because you barely see the manager of this store on the floor & those sour faced old lady managers & customer service desk people need to go as well!😳 My only complaint is that they close the Seafood Steamers too early!🙄🤨😾 They close them at 6 pm when they should close them a 7pm because this store is still busy way past 7 pm!🙄🫤 I don't know what genius came up with that time, but they are obviously not that observant! They need to change the closing time for Seafood Steamers to 7 pm because it is always still busy at that time. Whoever made the decision needs to rethink that asap!🤔🤨 They also seem to have a problem hiring minorities at this location from what I've observed. The new boy at the self check out literally breathes down your neck when you're trying to ring up...

I have finally decided to review this place. Great, except for the deli. There are several workers who continually violate health codes and put the public's health at risk. On numerous occasions I have observed them NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. THEY WILL NOT WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE PUTTING GLOVES ON. I HAVE WATCHED THEM PUT GLOVES ON AND THEN OPEN THE DOOR TO THE WALK IN FRIDGE, WALK TO OTHER AREAS BEHIND THE COUNTER , TOUCH VARIOUS SURFACES, EQUIPMENT AND HANDLES AND THEN PROCEED TO HANDLE THE COLD CUTS. WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS AND CHANGING GLOVES. WOW, TOTALLY IGNORANT OF HOW GERMS ARE SPREAD AND BASIC FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES. THESE ARE NOT ISOLATED OCCURRENCES, BUT RATHER THEIR DAY TO DAY PRACTICES. HEALTH DEPARTMENT....HELP!!!!. IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE CUSTOMERS GET SICK.Update- I was in there today and when I asked the deli person to wash their hands,after they had been cleaning the equipment they simply walked away while angrily announcing their hands were clean. Another deli person then came to assist and began arguing with me for asking the previous person to please wash his hands before handling the food. This place is incredible and MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED TO ENSURE THEIR DELI STAFF IS CONSISTENTLY FOLLOWING SAFE FOOD HANDLING PROTOCOL. I've been going to this store location for over 5 yrs. I have always encountered friendly helpful employees. Today all were friendly and smiley except 2... The cashier, a young lady with a name that ended in "iana", seemed like she really did not want to be there, did not smile, spoke as if she were drained of any and all energy, sausily told me in a very lifeless voice how much I have in plenty points and gave me my receipt. She did not say thank you, have a nice day or anything. Then while I was driving towards the parking exit (towards the street) a lady dressed in her uniform was walking extremely slowly in the middle of the way all the way to the entrance of the store. She was in no rush to get inside nor to let me get off the property. I eventually tired of her so I tapped in my horn so she would move and she ignored me. When I finally found a moment where I can get past her I looked at her and she had the meanest look on her face. I thought "how rude"! But ignored her and drove on by. Sad 2 people would ruin the nice rating I've had...
