The work that comes out of the building is great, but the professionalism is poor. I had a tattoo in the works with Solomon for months including a sharpie session only to be called days before my tattoo sitting and canceled on (this was after my first schedule appointment was canceled 3 days before it was scheduled because of a 'covid exposure'). This came days after I voiced my thoughts in an email after being cut short on the sharpie session, canceled on days before my appointment because Solomon had a 'covid exposure' and rescheduled for 2 months down the road, given dates for future appointments where I responded within 24 hours only to have them email me back saying those dates weren't available for me anymore. Cory called me days after my email and days before my scheduled appointment to tell me that since they were opening a new location and appointments were to more than likely be canceled and rescheduled often, that Solomon wasn't taking on any new customers. I'm not a new customer after a 4 hour sharpie session. Solomon couldn't even call me himself. Super irritated that I stuck months and months into this adventure only to be canceled on because I stuck up for myself with how I was being treated as a customer. The email i sent wasn't even rude. I suggested that if they needed an answer within a certain amount of time for scheduling, that they needed to include that...
Read moreI have so many great things to say about Red Arbor. The environment is clean and calming. Walking in, it doesn’t look or feel like your stereotypical tattoo shop. The staff is professional, but also light hearted and fun. I’ve known Cory for many years as he did a cover up for me prior to my wedding day. I had a tattoo I sort of liked and he made it into one I loved. Cory takes his time. He doesn’t take on a project he isn’t 100% sure of and proud to put his name on. He has excellent communication skills and is very up front with expectations and kindly gives you his artistic opinion and recommendations which I have always respected so much. My tattoo experiences have been very healing for me and I’ve always felt comfortable and respected at all times. I would recommend Red Arbor to anyone as the entire staff are exceptional artists. All of them clearly have a passion and a calling for tattooing. Any session I had with Cory, if other artists weren’t physically working on a human being, they were humbly practicing perfecting their skills. When I had my newest piece in mind, I didn’t think twice about coming back to Cory...
Read moreEDIT: after seeing the response from Red Arbor I went back through my emails and I would like to say that there absolutely is NO RESPONSE from anyone. I went through all of my folders including the spam and the only email I have is from 2020 when I was speaking with Ryan. Maybe someone thinks they replied to my online inquiry but there's nothing in my email and I did not receive a phone call until almost a week after I left a voicemail. By that time I had already filled out two forms, sent an email and left a voicemail. When someone finally called me back and left a voice message, I was frustrated and had already found someone else
Wish I could say I got tattooed there but unfortunately they are SUPER unresponsive!!! I filled out their online consultation request which went unanswered. So a couple weeks go by and I fill another one out. Also no response. I then sent an email which went unanswered. I then called and left a voicemail and no one has yet to reply to that either. I guess they have all the clients they need and don't want my hard-earned money so I...
